This healthy and meditative Asian Art provides opportunities to improve your health, balance, and strength. Learning the language of Tai Chi and the skillful moves will help your memory and coordination. The class is appropriate for beginners, and those who understand the basics of Tai Chi. Working in a group with other wonderful people will inspire you to learn more and study with dedication.

Strength & Balance Yoga
This class is designed for beginners and intermediate students who would like to improve their strength and balance. Students are encouraged to work safely within their current abilities so that they can advance safely to their next level. Bring your yoga mat and enjoy moving meditation and meditative breaths to allow the body to perform based on the successes of the day.
